Meet your physiotherapist

Youssef Shenouda, PT

Physiotherapist, B.H.K, MScPT

Youssef is an experienced physiotherapist who's treatment approach emphasizes active rehabilitation through appropriate exercise prescription, as well as numerous hands-on techniques such as dry needling, joint mobilizations, soft tissue release techniques, and PNF stretching.

​

Youssef has experience treating a multitude of different conditions. Some of these include sports related injuries, repetitive strain injuries, chronic pain conditions, as well as musculoskeletal conditions related to ageing, such as arthritis and osteoporosis.

​

He loves traveling, meeting new people, and has always had a passion for health and wellness. This passion translates to his practice, where he enjoys helping patients return to the activities they love.

​

Away from the clinic, you can find Youssef watching sports such as soccer and basketball. He also loves to stay active himself, whether that’s playing soccer, tennis, hiking, or trying new workouts at home.​

 

Youssef is also bilingual, and as such is happy to provide services in Arabic as well.

Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Brighton

Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia

Additional Certifications:

Certified in trigger point dry needling
